PlanHub ("we", "our", or "us") operates the OnTrack mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

Information Collection and Use

OnTrack is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data to provide you with the best experience:

Data Stored Locally

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Workout Presets: Your custom workout configurations including intervals, paces, and distances.
• Workout History: Records of your completed workouts including duration and timestamps.
• App Settings: Your preferences such as notification types, countdown duration, and display settings.
• Premium Status: Whether you have purchased the premium upgrade (verified through Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't do:

• We do NOT collect your location data
• We do NOT collect your personal information (name, email, etc.)
• We do NOT track your running routes
• We do NOT share any data with third parties
• We do NOT use analytics or tracking services

In-App Purchases

OnTrack offers a premium upgrade through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple and Google respectively. We do not have access to your payment information.

Your purchase status is verified through the respective app store and stored locally on your device.

Data Storage and Security

All your data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS and Android storage mechanisms:

• iOS: Data is stored in the app's sandboxed document directory and UserDefaults.
• Android: Data is stored in the app's internal storage and SharedPreferences.

Important: If you uninstall the app or clear app data, all your workout presets, history, and settings will be permanently deleted. Since we don't store data on servers, we cannot recover this data.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data:

• Access: You can view all your data within the app.
• Deletion: You can delete individual presets, workout history, or uninstall the app to remove all data.
• Export: Currently, the app does not support data export. This feature may be added in future versions.
